The Land Program Manager for Property Management at PG&E is primarily responsible for overseeing data management for internal clients associated with various workstreams under the Land Operations Natural Resource Management (NRM) unit. This role involves managing workload, providing operational leadership in data services, and facilitating communication among multiple functional teams. The position also includes GIS support, project data flow oversight, and strategic planning for programmatic efforts, all while ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

  • Ensure absolute commitment to safety and promote safety awareness within and outside PG&E.
  • Maintain compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, developing relationships with regulatory agencies and communities.
  • Plan, estimate, and manage project work scope, schedule, and cost accurately before commencement.
  • Provide leadership and foster teamwork and innovative problem-solving within the team.
  • Oversee project data flow for Land Operations Data Management and other LAND platforms to completion.
  • Associate degree in natural resource management, soils, environmental resources, project management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 2 years of experience in applicable subject area.
  • California driver's license.
  • Project Management Certificate
  • Proficient in ArcGIS Online and Field Maps and other ESRI mapping applications
  • Proficient in developing GIS applications
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment and achieve team goals
  • Experience working with stakeholders to design data models.
