About The Position
The Land PMO Project Specialist - Training/Scheduling is responsible for providing office and field services by implementing project management systems. The Project Specialist will also execute procedures and policies to effectively create, monitor, update, and report the status of development schedules during the project life cycle in compliance with True Homes land development standards. The Project Specialist supports the Land Development department in the goal of delivering lots that meet the timeliness, quality standards, and cost goals established by the Operations Partner Land PMO and Land Admin. The Project Specialist is responsible for training the Land department on standards, methods, PMO process, core training, new hires, training workshops, and modules.
