About The Position
General assistance to all Planning Staff Agency research Submittal preparation and packaging Base Map preparation Area takeoffs and backup statistics Earthwork takeoffs and backup CAD drafting Tentative Map and Site Plan preparation Land Use Exhibit preparation Site Planning including grading design, lot layout, roadways, utilities and building plots GIS research and conversions to and from CAD Retrieve plans & docs from storage, make prints and PDF's File correspondence and docs Transmit info to clients and consultants, prepare transmittal, organize deliveries Meetings and coordination with internal staff, interdepartmental, client, consulting team and public agencies
Requirements
- Basic CAD skills or beyond

- GIS experience
- Bachelor degree in Urban Planning or Civil Engineering
