Explore Opportunities Today A day in the life of a Land Coordinator As a Land Coordinator you will be an integral part of making sure the land team is running smoothly from an administrative standpoint. As your day gets started you have noticed your anticipated work for the day has already shifted since yesterday. You have received multiple HOA homeowner requests and architectural improvement applications to be reviewed and processed, and your land team needs your quick assistance with data input into HB1. Throughout your week you will assist in setting up various HOAs, completing permitting activities and assist with bond procurement and maintenance. You may need to shift priorities quickly to accommodate the needs of your team, but you find this type of fast-paced work exciting and motivating, so at the end of each day you’re ready to tackle the next. As you work through your day-to-day job, you find efficiencies and opportunities to improve the land department and you share those with your manager and your team to help them to work more efficiently. You are excited to expand your knowledge in the land and homebuilding business. Technical Tools Used Daily DXC Homebuilder One (HB1) Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong understanding and capability with Word Microsoft 365 including SharePoint, One Drive and Teams Adobe What is Stanley Martin looking for in a Land Coordinator? The ideal Land Coordinator candidate has outstanding customer service skills and is eager to learn and help the land team. Efficiency, adaptability, high organizational skills and a focus on the details is important for the success of the person in this position.

Requirements

Minimum of one-year relevant industry experience
Flexibility in day-to-day tasks and ability to quickly shift to new priorities
Exudes active listening, confidence, and respect when communicating with others
Has used a customer service approach in previous work
Exceptional project management and organizational skills to best prioritize your days
Detail oriented to effectively complete tasks
Go-getter attitude and willingness to help with any task at hand
Excited to learn various technologies utilized on the job
