Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• 10+ years of experience in site planning and land development
• Proven Business Development Experience
• Leadership and mentoring of project team
• AutoCAD with Civil3D skills
• Technical competency in roadway, utilities and drainage design and construction
• Professional Engineering licensure within Colorado
• Strong written and interpersonal communication skills
• Desire to work and manage in a team environment

Responsibilities

• Manage site planning and land development projects.
• Oversee the production and management of design for grading, storm water management, urban drainage planning, soil erosion & sediment control, public and private roadways, utilities, and site planning for various facilities.
