The primary responsibility of this position is to manage field or office operations of the land development function, ensuring that the consumer is at the center of everything we do. The role involves directing land activities at large Master Plan or multiple smaller projects, managing contractors, inspectors, engineers, and master developers, and reviewing design documents for project coordination and accuracy. The position also includes leading the Value Engineering Process, preparing and managing budgets, and serving as the principal liaison with regulatory agencies.
