Land Development Manager

The Land Development Manager at New Home Co. is responsible for due diligence, land planning, entitlement, and development, as well as internal project management and external consultant team management. This role involves preparing and monitoring development budgets, timelines, and reports, addressing conflicts during the development process, and assisting with land acquisition feasibility studies and entitlement strategies. The manager will also oversee the engineering and design consultants, ensure compliance with project schedules, and manage land development trades to adhere to budget and schedule requirements.
