About The Position
The Land Development Manager has responsibility for due diligence, land planning, entitlement, and development as well as internal project management and external consultant team management. This position is crucial in ensuring that all construction activities meet specified objectives outlined in the business plan, while also managing engineering, design consultants, and city/municipal staff through the entitlement process.
