VHB is on the lookout for a talented Land Development Civil Engineer to become a valuable member within our Land Development Planning and Design team in Orlando, FL. Requirements

  • BS in Civil Engineering or related degree
  • Minimum 1-3+ years of increasing engineering experience
  • Proficient in the following: AutoCAD Civil 3D, Microsoft Project, MS Office.
  • Experience in developing and compiling/producing site plans, construction documents, specification, and engineering reports

Nice To Haves

  • EIT licensure or have passed the FE Exam preferred
  • Willingness to learn implementation of integrated services projects in a team with multidisciplinary skills.
  • Knowledge of land development construction including codes and development regulations
  • Innovative design skills to develop solutions to complex projects.
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Work within a team of professionals in developing site civil engineering plans and specifications for a multitude of land development projects.
  • Develop engineering plans and specifications in a team environment for a multitude of projects
  • Train and mentor junior staff on technical aspects and policies
