Land Development EIT – Civil Engineer We dont just design infrastructure—we engineer possibility. As a Land Development Engineer-in-Training (EIT) , youll be an integral part of the team shaping communities, supporting transformative land development projects, and building the technical and professional foundation for a long-term career in civil engineering leadership. What Youll Do Build the Foundation of Project Excellence Support civil design efforts for land development and infrastructure projects including commercial, residential, industrial, retail, and public facilities Assist with grading, drainage, roadway, water, sewer, and utility design under the guidance of senior engineers Prepare engineering calculations, technical exhibits, and construction drawings using AutoCAD Civil 3D Participate in project planning, permitting, and coordination with municipalities and regulatory agencies Learn the Full Project Lifecycle Gain exposure to projects from early concept and entitlement through construction Assist Project Managers and Project Engineers with schedules, scopes, budgets, and design coordination Support construction administration tasks such as RFIs, submittals, and field coordination as experience grows Apply engineering logic and problem-solving skills to real-world design challenges Collaborate and Grow Work closely with multidisciplinary teams including surveyors, planners, architects, and consultants Participate in internal design reviews and QA/QC processes to ensure quality and accuracy Communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams while developing client-facing skills Training, Mentorship & Development We believe great engineers are built—not rushed.
