Land Consultant – Manager Oil, Gas & Chemicals | Land Systems & Managed Services Role Overview We are seeking a Land Consultant – Manager to lead delivery and growth of long‑term land services engagements for Oil, Gas & Chemicals clients. This client‑facing role combines deep land domain expertise, land software implementation and support experience, and a strong track record delivering annuity‑based / managed services. The Manager will partner with clients to modernize land operations, strengthen compliance, and unlock value through technology, data, and operational excellence.

Requirements

  • 8–12+ years of experience in land management and administration within the Oil, Gas & Chemicals industry or related systems consulting, support and implementation experience with deep functional knowledge of the business.
  • Hands‑on experience with land software implementation and/or production support inclusive of common supporting systems for documents, GIS and Division Order
  • Proven success delivering long‑term, annuity‑based or managed services
  • Strong understanding of land processes (leasing, title, ROW, division order, agreements, compliance etc)
  • Experience managing client relationships, delivery teams, and service financials
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Nice To Haves

  • Consulting or professional services background
  • Experience with NextGen, BOT, or managed services models
  • Exposure to land data, Division Order, Right-of-Way, GIS, automation, or AI‑enabled solutions
  • Experience supporting M&A, asset integration, or land portfolio optimization

Responsibilities

  • Lead delivery of long‑term land services and managed services engagements, ensuring high performance across scope, SLAs, KPIs, and financials
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders across Land and Division Order, Legal, Operations, Pipeline, Environmental, and/or Compliance
  • Lead or support land system implementations, enhancements, and application support inclusive of common supporting systems for documents, GIS and Division Order.
  • Drive digitization and optimization of land processes, including data governance, GIS enablement, and automation/AI opportunities
  • Support land compliance, ROW obligations, and audit readiness across jurisdictions
  • Identify and drive account expansion and multi‑year annuity growth opportunities
  • Contribute to proposals, solution design, and go‑to‑market initiatives
  • Lead and develop delivery teams across onshore, nearshore, and offshore models

  • The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $139,100 to $254,900.
  • The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $166,900 to $289,700.
  • Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography.
  • In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
  • Under our flexible vacation policy, you’ll decide how much vacation time you need based on your own personal circumstances.
