About The Position

The Lamp & Fixture Repair Associate is responsible for diagnosing and repairing lamps and light fixtures across multiple store locations. This role requires strong attention to detail, basic electrical knowledge, and the ability to interact professionally with customers. In this role you will: Perform repairs on lamps and light fixtures, including wiring and component replacement Diagnose issues, defects, and electrical problems in lighting products Travel between four designated store locations to complete repair tasks Communicate effectively with customers regarding repair needs, timelines, and outcomes Maintain clean, organized, and well‑stocked repair areas at each store location What you bring to the table: Basic electrical wiring skills Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose lamp and fixture issues Strong customer communication skills Reliable transportation for travel between stores Ability to maintain an organized and efficient workspace Shift and hours: This is a part-time position (2 days per week). Working hours will be discussed and agreed upon with the hiring manager. Compensation details: The expected rate of pay for this position is $16.00 per hour - $20.00 per hour, depending on experience.
