About The Position

Requirements

  • 0-2 years of Land Administration experience
  • Detail oriented

Responsibilities

  • Receive, open, sort, scan, and distribute all incoming land and land admin mail
  • Create and maintain business associate numbers, names, & addresses
  • Coordinate mass mailings and track certified mailings
  • Organize well folders/files and make sure all documents are attached appropriately in land system
  • Run and save monthly exports for Division Orders & Owner Relations
  • Analyze and work QC reports for land data
  • Research for Plugging Records and Permits
  • Manage change of operator notices
  • Prepare, maintain and process land related electronic and hard copy files
