We support a healthy work-life balance and recognize the importance of time outside of work commitments. Position Summary We are seeking a qualified Land Acquisition Analyst to join our team. In this position you will play a key role in underwriting the purchases of new communities for Seksui House U.S. Inc. The Land Acquisition Analyst will play a key role in the Company’s land functions and assist in evaluating land acquisition opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, finance, real estate, business or related field.
  • The candidate will possess good human relations/interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well with all levels of management.
  • Good negotiation skills.
  • Great planning and organizing ability. Skills in exercising and completing initiatives, problem-solving, and sound decision making.
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and conduct the technical and financial feasibility analysis of acquisition opportunities.
  • Obtain and analyze Due Diligence materials for project feasibility.
  • Assist managers in the preparation of corporate land acquisition approval packages.
  • Support and assist with entitlement/zoning documents.
  • Conduct research to assist managers in determining project timelines and schedules.
  • Conduct general research in selected jurisdictions and solo-markets to facilitate the identification of land opportunities.
  • Perform various administrative tasks to assist in the land acquisition process.
