About The Position
Lancaster Farming Newspaper is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Digital Ad Operations Specialist to join our growing digital team. This new position will play a critical role in the successful execution and optimization of our digital advertising campaigns, ensuring client satisfaction and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of digital advertising platforms, a keen eye for data, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. They will be responsible for the end-to-end fulfillment of digital ad campaigns, from placement and scheduling to reporting and optimization.
