Adventist HealthCare seeks to hire a LAN Technician I who will embrace our mission to extend God's care through the ministry of physical, mental and spiritual healing. As a LAN Technician I, you will provide Service Operations response and support for all requests, incidents, and access-related efforts performed on-site at any of the organization's locations. You will assist with the installation, configuration, upgrade, and overall provide day-to-day administration and support required for the AHC compute environment. Additionally, you will support the administration and configuration of endpoint devices to include laptops, tablets, desktops, peripherals, and clinical devices. Conducting site surveys, assessing and documenting current site equipment, configurations, and user requirements will also be part of your responsibilities. You will perform access management and provisioning for application and system access and troubleshoot access-related issues. The role requires the ability to take a flexible work schedule and be on call after hours. You will follow standard operating procedures in the implementation and transition of software and hardware deployments, facilitate conversations across AHC employees, vendors, and other support teams while implementing or upgrading devices and software, and follow change and release management processes. You will work with the Project Management Office on device refresh and general device deployment activities and participate in the creation of detailed work breakdown structures for the implementation of automated and manual provisioning configurations.
