About The Position

Candidate must have manufacturing experience with machine operation or lamination experience. Candidate must be comfortable working in production as part of a team with specific production goals. The person selected will be working directly with other members within the lamination department, along with the safety and quality departments.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years manufacturing experience
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to read and understand work orders.
• Ability to read a ruler.
• Work well in a team environment
• Work overtime as need
• Ability to work within department standards with a strong attention to details.

Responsibilities

• Receive production orders and job assignments from supervisor.
• Verify the materials supplied for production are correct to produce job.
• Complete job maintaining optimum production rate while maintaining all quality standards according to customer specifications or company guidelines monitoring for defects.
• Maintain continuous inspection of job specifications and collecting production run samples as required.
• Follow all safety and operational procedures.
• Ensure proper cleanliness of machine and immediate work area.
• Assist in machine repairs.
• Complete weekly machine maintenance.
• Other duties as assigned.
