About The Position

R&D Circuits, a member company of Advantest America, Inc., is wholly owned by Advantest Corporation (a Tokyo Stock Exchange listed company). For over 50 years, R&D Circuits has been a leader in the printed circuit board industry. Job Description The basic function of this position is to process work orders through the production function utilizing process procedures and quality checks to insure on-time, correct deliveries. General Responsibilities The Image Operator is responsible for: Apply good workmanship standards using care to produce high quality products. Process the work orders as directed with intent to meet the production schedule and multitask as able to improve workflow. Carry out as applicable any process control or quality control items. Comply with any environmental/ health and safety standards and wear all required Personal Protection Equipment (PPE). Readily comply with Quality System requirements and support customer satisfaction. Technical Duties The duties of the Image Operator include but are not limited to: Understand the technical requirements of each job that comes to the department or consult with the Supervisor, Process Engineer, and Production Manager where clarification is needed. The following are the primary technical duties expected of a Image Operator: Resist coat Perform quality checks (registration and step wedges) Inspect the panels for critical defects. Copper foil shield process.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Proficiency in using measuring tools and equipment.
  • Basic computer skills for operating machine controls.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to safety.

Nice To Haves

  • Preferably experience operating CNC machines in a manufacturing environment.
