About The Position

This paid internship will perform tasks and services to support events for the Green Bay Packers. This is a paid internship and entails working 40 hours/week. This is an onsite position in our Green Bay office. Internship timeframe: June 2026 - June 2027. The official start/end date is subject to change and will be dictated by the Packers.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree (senior status minimum) in Marketing, Sport Management, Hospitality, or a related field degree program.
  • Excellent customer service, verbal and written communications, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle highly confidential materials with discretion and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to be available 40 hours/week.
  • Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to remain in a stationary position for periods of time.
  • Ability to focus on projects for periods of time.
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Must be available to work non-traditional hours, including all home games and events that fall on nights, weekends, holidays.
  • Occasionally lift and carry 25-50 pounds.
  • Operates in a professional office environment.
  • Role routinely uses standard office equipment.
  • Some travel between buildings is required.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior events, guest services, and/or hospitality experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in scheduling events across various departments within the organization and coordinate events as needed
  • Ensure all event spaces are ready including layout, technology and signage
  • Create event layouts and diagrams for internal bookings in event software
  • Directly support the Events Specialist and Coordinator with events at Lambeau Field and Titletown
  • Provide on-site support to employees, external clients, and vendors during events
  • Proficient in Event Software (Momentus) and support cross-functional team usage
  • Help gather and consolidate photos of events and event spaces
  • Assist in organizing and planning large re-occurring internal events
  • Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of events files, records, and information
  • Communicate with all internal business units and cross-functional partners
  • Assist in managing the Johnsonville Tailgate Village during all Packers home games, including opening and closing the building, supporting employees, and serving as a main point of contact
  • Assist in contacting live band performers to ensure a seamless load-in and load-out process, parking pass management, set-up requirements, and special requests
  • Support the storage, inventory, and maintenance of signage, giveaways, and equipment
