About The Position

The MLS Listings and Client Care Coordinator at Lake Nona Golf and Country Club is responsible for the efficient coordination of office operations and the real estate listing process. This role involves managing listings on MLS, serving as a concierge contact for buyers and sellers, and ensuring a high level of customer service. The coordinator will work closely with the Office Manager and assist agents in preparing and closing property transactions, while also maintaining a professional office environment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience with CRM software preferred.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to articulate thoughts and actively listen to clients and co-workers.
  • Demonstrated track record of responsibility and ownership of issues.
  • Professional appearance and team player with a friendly demeanor.
  • Valid Florida driver's license and personal automobile available for work-related errands.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of DotLoop transaction management software is a plus.
  • Experience in real estate or property management is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Advocate for consumers (Sellers and Buyers) by establishing strong customer-service focused relationships.
  • Collaborate with multiple partners to create logistical plans for Buyers and Sellers.
  • Secure and manage appointments with Buyers and Sellers, including showings.
  • Assist agents with preparing and closing property transactions.
  • Update and distribute MLS agent/in-house reports and create PowerPoint CMA presentations.
  • Manage the listing process to ensure timelines are met and communicate regularly with clients and team members.
  • Attend MLS classes and webinars to stay updated on industry practices.
  • Walk homes to obtain details for potential listings and manage listing files.
  • Insert listing details into the MLS system and monitor listing expiration dates.
  • Coordinate signatures with Sellers and maintain listing files and marketing materials.
