About The Position

We are seeking an enthusiastic and responsible Spa Attendant to join our team As a Spa Attendant you will be responsible for greeting escorting and directing guests as well as maintaining the cleanliness of the spa and salon Your attention to detail and ability to ensure that all amenities linens and supplies are properly stocked will contribute to the smooth daily operations of the spa Previous spa or club experience is helpful but not required

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a spa hospitality or customer service role is preferred but not required
Knowledge of spa operations and an understanding of spa etiquette
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with guests and colleagues
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays as required

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in a spa or club

Responsibilities

Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with a warm and friendly welcome
Escort guests to their designated spa areas and assist them with any inquiries or concerns
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the spa and salon areas including treatment rooms relaxation areas and locker rooms
Regularly monitor and restock amenities linens and supplies to ensure they are readily available for guests and staff
Assist spa therapists and other staff members with any additional tasks as needed
Adhere to all spa policies and procedures including safety and sanitation guidelines
Handle guest complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner
Stay up to date on spa services promotions and products to provide accurate information to guests
