About The Position
The Talon Tribe is hiring Ladie’s Locker Room Attendants! We are seeking friendly, polished, and professional Locker Room Attendants to join the Talon Tribe. The ideal candidate will provide warm and personalized service to our members and guests, ensuring an enjoyable locker room experience. The Locker Room Attendant will accommodate Members’ needs as they relate to locker amenities, maintain the locker room and adjacent areas in a clean and efficient manner, to provide a point of contact for member questions. Responsibilities will include inventory control of all locker supplies, maintaining cleanliness standards in all member spaces, while assisting in the handling of locker assignments, keys, and articles. Position: Ladie's Locker Room Attendant Classification: Either Full Time or Part-time depending on candidate’s availability, Non-exempt Schedule: Varies depending on business and your availability. Typical shifts start at 6am and finish at 2:30pm but may change depending on business volumes. Salary range: starting at $18.00 per hour Location: Rehoboth Beach Country Club, 221 West Side Drive Rehoboth Beach, DE 19971 About Us: RBCC’s employees are known as the Talon Tribe. Requirements
- Previous experience as a locker room attendant, retail or hospitality.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and connect with diverse clientele.
- Impeccable attention to detail and a commitment to delivering flawless service.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.

- Knowledge about the game of golf.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean locker room by vacuuming carpets, cleaning windows and blinds, wiping down furniture and emptying trash containers.
- Cleans rest room floors, keep mirrors clean, cleans basins and lavatories.
- Cleans showers and shower floors.
- Restocks supplies such as tissue, toilet paper, towels, soap, shampoo, razors, after shave lotions, etc.
- Keeps towels in shower rooms clean and stocked on shelves. Transports towels to and from the laundry department.
- Performs personal services such as cleaning, buffing, polishing, edging, and storage of member shoes, brushing clothes, replacing golf shoe spikes, or other requests for services by members or guests.
- Provides for the safety and security of all member’s and guest’s personal property.
- Maintains inventory of supplies for locker rooms and coordinates with male locker room attendant for ordering.
- Takes and delivers phone messages if required for members or guests.
