The manager will guide initiatives through a critical path and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product and materials launches. The role also includes working on e-commerce strategies to enhance online presence, assisting in media planning activities, and developing distributor segment marketing activities. The Trade Marketing Manager will be responsible for the entire business within the country/cluster, including delivery profitability targets, sales growth, and market share, as well as following up on purchases and deliveries of marketing materials with vendors.
