Fellowship Recovery is an intensive outpatient treatment program located in Uptown Minneapolis. We specialize in treating a variety of clients at this location, including justice-involved individuals, individuals with co-occurring disorders, and individuals with medical cannabis prescriptions. We offer smaller group sizes limited to 12 clients and believe in creating a work environment that promotes growth and the support needed for our counselors to prevent burnout! We are a small growing company with an Entrepreneurial spirit! This Role: The Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC or ADC-T) is a professional and a leader who's dedicated to delivering stellar services to Fellowship Recovery clients. The individual in this role will balance all the aspects of the job and will demonstrate excellent time management skills, organization, punctuality, and professionalism. This role will lead group sessions and meet with clients to assess substance issues and develop treatment plans. They will help identify recovery interference and educate clients on different coping mechanisms. This role will adhere to MN 245G and 148F statutes, keep client progress reports, and conduct discharge plans.
