The role requires performing assessments on inpatients and outpatients referred for individual chest/breastfeeding consultations, teaching, and feeding support sessions. The facilitator will plan, implement, and evaluate individual chest/breastfeeding education based on patient assessments and medical plans of care, while also documenting all aspects of the education provided.
