About The Position

As a Mining Laborer, you’ll play a vital hands-on role in supporting daily mining operations through physical labor and teamwork. Core responsibilities include fueling pad crew equipment and ensuring the site-wide water system is operational to support drilling activities and water truck resupply. Requirements

demonstrates an awareness and understanding of mining safety.
Enthusiastic and communicative, with a positive attitude and strong desire to learn and grow within the role
Ability to a pass pre-employment drug and alcohol screening.

Nice To Haves

Previous mining experience is preferred however, not necessary
Current MSHA p.48 metal/nonmetal certification is preferred

Responsibilities

Perform tasks on the labor crew that support operations through culvert installation, equipment cleaning, and general yard and site maintenance
Perform general laborer duties including shoveling, raking, debris removal and maintaining access routes
Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with other team members
Be a leader of both safety and production for the team by ensuring compliance with all company, client, and legislated safety policies and procedures
Actively participate in toolbox talks, hazard assessments, and follow all site safety procedures
