Requirements

Grade 12 or equivalent technical training.
Valid Class 5 Driver’s License.

Nice To Haves

Skid Steer Ticket.
Telehandler (Zoom Boom) Ticket.
Arial Work Platform Ticket.
Confined Space Rescue Ticket.
General Knowledge on Power Tools.
Strong focus on safety.
Ability to troubleshoot.
Basic computer skills.
Experience working in the Petro Chemical/Oil and Gas Industry.

Responsibilities

Complete and uphold the required Transportation of Dangerous Goods (TDG) certification.
Transport chemicals and supplies to various operational areas.
Serve as Safety Watch for Air Cart operations after completing training.
Perform Vessel Watch and Fire Watch duties once trained.
Collect and dispose of garbage throughout the facility.
Carry out minor maintenance tasks on roads and grounds.
Change filters as required.
Follow all safety policies and safe work practices and participate in regular safety meetings.
Work within Unifor Local 686B union.
Collaborate with team members within the Maintenance department.
