About The Position

The position of Highway Maintenance Worker involves performing general labor tasks related to bridge maintenance for Texas Department of Transportation (TxDot). The role is based out of the corporate office in Flint, TX, and includes training for all necessary skills. Workers will be responsible for tasks such as asphalt cutting, removal, and sealing bridge joints, with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Requirements

• Must have a valid form of ID.
• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
• Licensed drivers preferred, but unlicensed drivers will also be considered.

Responsibilities

• Perform bridge joint maintenance for TxDot.
• Saw asphalt using a walk-behind saw.
