About The Position

JGM is looking for a reliable, hardworking Laborer to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to start a career in construction, learn hands-on skills, and work alongside experienced professionals on real job sites. If you’re dependable, willing to learn, and not afraid of physical work, we’ll train you and help you grow. Why Join JGM Starting pay: $20 per hour, Monday to Friday 5am start time (50 hour week). Saturdays optional. Requirements

• Reliable and ready to work
• Comfortable with physical, hands-on work
• Willing to learn new skills and take direction
• A good team player with a positive attitude
• Able to work outdoors in different weather conditions
• Able to lift and move materials safely

Nice To Haves

• Previous construction, labor, landscaping, warehouse, or similar experience
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Assisting skilled tradespeople with daily tasks
• Loading and unloading materials, tools, and equipment
• Preparing job sites by cleaning, organizing, and removing hazards
• Setting up and taking down ladders, scaffolding, and temporary structures
• Following directions from supervisors and working as part of a team
• Learning to safely use hand and power tools
• Helping maintain tools and equipment
• Following all safety rules to keep yourself and your coworkers safe
