About The Position
We’re looking for hardworking, dependable individuals with construction experience to join our growing team installing beautiful inground pools. If you enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and seeing the results of your hard work come to life — this is the job for you! What You’ll Be Doing: Assisting with the installation of inground swimming pools Working hands-on with excavation, framing, and site preparation Supporting plumbing, electrical, and concrete phases of projects Collaborating with a team to complete high-quality backyard transformations
Requirements
- Prior construction experience required
- Valid driver’s license (required)
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in outdoor conditions
- Strong work ethic and reliability
Nice To Haves
- Experience in electrical, plumbing, or concrete work is a plus — but we’re willing to train the right candidate with solid construction fundamentals.
