About The Position

Under supervision of Construction Manager, employees will perform a variety of
rigorous physical tasks outdoors in all types of weather in support of cleanup
of contaminated soils near Neihart, Montana.

Work may include: Constructing haul roads & installing bridges; expanding and
capping on-site repository; excavating and hauling contaminated materials from
stream channels and/or residential, commercial or private properties and
backfilling/restoring properties to existing state.

Requirements

• Able to work outside in all types of weather
• Current driver's license with acceptable driving record
• Minimum 1 year experience with previous construction and/or environmental project work preferred.
• Requires physical strength, stamina, flexibility, and dexterity
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs
• Ability to pass pre-employment physical and drug screen
• Dependable transportation and cell phone service

Nice To Haves

• Preferred candidate will live local to Neihart, MT
• Preferred applicant will have current OSHA HAZWOPER training, not required, will train.
• A resume is preferred but not required when applying.

Responsibilities

• May perform flagging duties.
• Dig holes and trenches, clean up construction debris, load and unload construction materials from trucks both manually and with lifting equipment
• Remove, fill, or compact earth, hand dig around foundations and utilities, pour concrete, lay asphalt, handle hazardous and non-hazardous materials
• Operate hand tools and power tools, removing and properly disposing of debris and waste materials
• Responsible for observing and complying with all safety and project rules, including wearing required personal safety equipment
