About The Position
Eagan Building Group is hiring a Construction Laborer for full-time work on commercial and industrial construction projects throughout the St. Louis metro area.
Requirements
- Experience in construction labor or general labor preferred (not required)
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
- Ability to perform physical work (lifting, standing, climbing, etc.)
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Drug screen and background check required

Responsibilities
- Perform general construction labor on active jobsites
- Assist with jobsite cleanup, material handling, and site prep
- Support demolition and daily construction tasks
- Help carpenters and other trades with light carpentry, framing, drywall, and material staging
- Operate basic hand and power tools
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized jobsite
