About The Position

What You’ll Be Doing Perform general labor tasks to support safe and efficient plant operations Operate equipment and tools according to training and safety standards Assist with material handling, cleanup, and site organization Monitor work areas and report safety or equipment concerns promptly Support production teams with additional duties as operational needs arise
Requirements
- Ability to work safely and follow established procedures
- Strong work ethic with consistent reliability and teamwork
- Willingness to learn equipment operation and plant processes
- Ability to perform physical tasks in a fast‑paced environment
- Flexibility to support changing operational needs
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
Responsibilities
