About The Position

Temporary work in support of the Wainwright Gravel Haul Project, lasting up to 2 months.

Camp, meals, bath, laundry will be provided. Transportation to the project site from Anchorage will be provided.

Overview:

Provides general labor support as the project requires.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Current Driver’s License required.
• Willingness and ability to perform manual work following verbal and written instructions.

Nice To Haves

• Emergency responder training is a plus.
• Experience working in safety equipment preferred (fall protection, eye protection, hearing protection, insect protection, etc.).
• Experience using power tools preferred.
• Experience operating forklifts and skid-steer preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operates a variety of hand and power tools.
• Coordinates with and work around heavy equipment operations.
• Sets up and maintains job site safety equipment.
• Performs daily tasks in a safe and workman like manner in accordance with company policies.
• Other related duties as assigned.
