Requirements

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Comfortable working outdoors and doing physical work
• Respectful of equipment, team members, and customers
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor
• Able to pass background check and drug screening
• Valid driver’s license preferred (clean record is a plus)

Nice To Haves

• Mechanically inclined (a plus, not required)

Responsibilities

• Assist with sewer and water line repairs
• Support excavation and restoration work
• Work alongside a skilled 4-person crew
• Load, unload, and transport tools and materials
• Occasionally interact with customers and inspectors
• Follow all safety procedures on job sites
