Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

Assist skilled tradespeople in performing their duties.
Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment.
Prepare construction sites by cleaning and removing hazards.
Set up and take down ladders, scaffolding, and other temporary structures.
Follow instructions from supervisors and work collaboratively with team members.
Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Conduct routine maintenance and inspections of tools and equipment.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
