JOB SUMMARY The Laborer plays a critical role in daily operations by performing hands-on, physical work that keeps materials moving and production running smoothly. This role supports various plant and yard activities through general labor, material handling, and equipment operation.
Requirements
- Ability to work extended hours when required
- Ability to read, understand, and follow safety procedures
- Strong work ethic with a commitment to safety and teamwork
Responsibilities
- Safely operate assigned equipment and tools
- Load, unload, lift, and move materials as needed
- Follow all Federal, State, Local, and Company safety policies
- Perform physically demanding tasks including climbing ladders, reaching overhead, bending, pulling, and lifting up to 50 lbs
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support operations
