If you're ready to work with purpose and heart, there's a place for you at True Ranches.What You'll Do: Assist Ranch Foreman with identified projects; keeping records of parts and supplies used on projects and report to foreman; notifies foreman when parts, supplies, and equipment are needed.Load, unload, and move materials, tools, and equipment by hand or using basic material-handling equipment (e.g., dollies, pallet jacks).Clean and prepare work areas, including removing debris, sweeping, and disposing of waste according to company procedures.Assist skilled tradespeople (e.g., carpenters, electricians, operators) by supplying tools, materials, and performing simple, directed tasks.Set up and take down temporary structures, barricades, scaffolding, or equipment as directed.Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely and correctly (e.g., hammers, drills, saws, grinders), following instructions and training.Follow verbal and written instructions from supervisors and leads to complete daily work assignments.Perform basic repairs or maintenance tasks such as tightening bolts, replacing simple parts, or lubricating equipment (as trained).What We're Looking For:Required Education, Experience and/or AbilitiesA high school diploma or equivalent education; and/or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered.Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
