About The Position

We are currently seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join our team as Laborers. In this role, you will assist with various tasks at construction sites to support the successful completion of projects. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, able to perform manual labor in a fast-paced environment and committed to maintaining a safe and organized work site.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience in construction or related field preferred but not required.
Physical stamina and the ability to perform strenuous tasks, including lifting and carrying heavy objects.
Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions and on uneven terrain.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
Strong work ethic and reliability, with a commitment to punctuality and attendance.
Basic understanding of construction techniques, materials, and safety practices.
Willing to work other than scheduled times when needed to meet deadlines or ensure that daily work is completed.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Assist with loading and unloading construction materials, tools, and equipment from trucks and trailers.
Set up and take down temporary structures, such as scaffolding, barricades, and fencing, as needed.
Perform demolition, excavation, and site clearing tasks under the direction of skilled tradespeople.
Assist with digging trenches, pouring concrete, and installing drainage systems as directed.
Clean and prepare work areas, including removing debris, trash, and hazardous materials.
Operate hand and power tools, such as shovels, hammers, saws, and drills, under supervision.
Assist with lifting and positioning heavy objects, such as beams, lumber, and machinery.
Follow all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries on the job site.
Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and use caution when working in hazardous conditions.
Communicate effectively with supervisors, coworkers, and subcontractors to coordinate work activities and ensure project success.
