About The Position

Seeking an Individual to perform various duties at the plant facility including dispatching, order taking and other tasks. Must be dedicated, willing to learn while achieving the highest level of safety standards. This is an entry level position and will consider training the right individual.

Requirements

• Demonstrates proficiency in difficult and high-pressure situations.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Must be able to pass a background check, fitness for duty evaluation, and pre-employment drug testing.
• Must be able to work in a heavy industrial environment, exposed to weather elements and noise.
• Must have ability to work independently and problem solve while working alone or as part of a team.
• High school education or GED equivalent.

Nice To Haves

• Bi-lingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive and prioritize incoming aggregate orders.
• Monitor the status of deliveries and provide updates to customers and team.
• Maintain accurate records of driver assignments, delivery times, and any issues that arise.
• Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and other team members to resolve any scheduling conflicts or delays.
• Remote ticketing; trucking and trains.
• Backup support for on-site ticketing.
• Provide support and assistance to sales team.
