Requirements

• High School diploma or general education degree (GED).
• General knowledge of concrete, basic knowledge of heavy equipment and industrial plant functions.
• Attention and commitment to safety.
• Must be able to follow directions and work well in a team environment.
• Must be willing to work long hours in extreme outdoor temperatures and be able to safely move at least 100 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• Spanish speaker preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for yard clean up, pouring and breaking down concrete blocks, and plant maintenance.
• Preventative plant maintenance such as greasing and jackhammering.
• Be committed to landscape and plant cleanliness.
• Willing to fill in on Loader when needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
