About The Position

The Facilities Laborer is responsible for maintaining the property’s surrounding areas and supporting the department with daily operational tasks. Shift: Graveyard

Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older
One (1) year of prior relevant experience as a laborer preferred
High school diploma or equivalent
Nevada driver’s license
Willingness to work a graveyard shift

Nice To Haves

Knowledgeable about gardening and hand tools; mechanical skills a plus.

Responsibilities

Maintains cleanliness of shops, such as taking out trash, sweeping, and picking materials up from job sites.
Must possess coordination and dexterity to work with hand and power tools, including but not limited to pallet jacks, pressure washers, and similar equipment.
Knowledgeable about gardening and hand tools; mechanical skills a plus.
Operate motorized equipment, including electric carts, forklifts, and aerial lifts.
Transports material to and from property.
Moves and replaces furniture from distinct functions.
Ability to communicate on a 2-way radio.
Utilize Maximo software
Prolonged walking and standing throughout the entire shift.
Moves or lifts equipment up to 100 lbs.
Must be capable of maneuvering on level and unlevel surfaces for long periods of time including up and down stairs.
Must be able to work in extreme heat and cold environments both indoors and outdoors.
