The Laborer Diver at MGM Resorts International is responsible for providing general support across various areas of the property, focusing on the maintenance and operation of the Bellagio Fountains and the "O" Show pool. This role involves ensuring the functionality and aesthetic appeal of these iconic attractions through various maintenance tasks, including aquatic cleaning and equipment operation.

Transport and deliver necessary parts, materials, and equipment to designated work areas.
Assist with office, furniture, and casino equipment moves, as well as demolition and cleanup during construction projects.
Pick up parts and supplies from vendors and maintain the property maintenance department warehouse.
Complete all jobs assigned by Dispatch or Management and maintain logbooks accurately.
Operate motorized and power equipment such as skyjacks, forklifts, scissor lifts, and jackhammers.
Perform cleaning and maintenance of bodies of water, including fountains and showroom features, using scuba diving equipment.
Work independently with minimal supervision to complete tasks efficiently.
Stay informed on current techniques and report any unusual conditions to the Shift Supervisor.
Maintain a high standard of personal and property cleanliness and safety.
Operate and navigate a boat when necessary.

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
Valid driver's license is required.
Comfortable working around water and in confined spaces.
Willingness to obtain Open Water Diver Certification within 90 days of employment.
Willingness to obtain CPR certification within 90 days of employment.
Proficient in operating heavy equipment such as forklifts and scissor lifts.
Skilled in basic maintenance, repairs, and construction tasks.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience with boat driving and operation.
Handyman experience with a strong aptitude for troubleshooting and problem-solving.
