In this role, you will be responsible for preventative maintenance, repairs, general cleanup, assisting drivers with additional products, and ensuring the overall appearance of the batch plant. You will assist with the batch plant startup and shutdown at the beginning and end of the day, perform routine maintenance to ensure the batch plant runs efficiently, and document all required plant inspections. Additionally, you will conduct weekly bag house checks and maintenance, maintain housekeeping in a clean and orderly fashion, and assist drivers as needed. You will also be responsible for obtaining supplies and parts for the plant or drivers, operating a front-end loader when necessary, and performing lawn maintenance as required. Regular and reliable attendance at the worksite or assigned location is essential, and other duties related to the nature of the job may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as needed.
