Join Siemens Healthineers as a Laboratory Technician, where you will play a crucial role in pioneering breakthroughs in healthcare. In this position, you will be responsible for performing raw materials acceptance testing and conducting in-process and verification testing on semi-finished and finished products. Your expertise will be essential in executing complex quantitative and qualitative analyses using a variety of analytical instruments and diagnostic chemical analyzers, including ICP, Titrator, FTIR, UV-VIS, pH meter, and Atellica analyzer. You will compile and analyze large data sets through Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) and Excel, ensuring accurate and efficient data management. Routine testing instrument maintenance will also be part of your responsibilities, along with troubleshooting testing processes and instrument issues. You will support special projects, such as instrument validation and new process transfers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams as needed. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to train new or other technicians, sharing your knowledge and expertise with your colleagues. This role requires a strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), and Good Documentation Practices (GDP), as well as familiarity with FDA and ISO regulations. You will be expected to work independently with minimal supervision while also being an effective team player, capable of prioritizing and multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Strong laboratory skills, particularly in the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of analytical instruments and chemistry assays, are essential for success in this position.
