As a Laboratory Technician you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by configuring, operating, and maintaining processes and equipment incorporating web mechanics, coating and/or printing, drying, curing, analysis and characterization. You will conduct designed experiments to support lead researchers that must develop a thorough understanding of how materials and process parameters affect final product properties. The role requires the ability to work independently and with multidisciplinary team members, as well as the ability to make recommendations with respect to material formulation and/or process modifications.
