The company reported global sales of $2.2 billion in 2023. This position is for a Laboratory Technician located in Adams, Massachusetts, with a pay rate of $27.25/hour. This is considered a safety sensitive position therefore will be subject to random drug testing as required.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• General understanding of chemistry.
• Ability to work in a laboratory environment and use lab equipment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all individuals internal and external to the organization.
• Ability to analyze information/situations as needed and be organized and detail-oriented.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in a laboratory setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gather product samples for customer validations and prepare/send samples with COA and SDS.
• Inspect the condition and COAs of incoming raw materials and perform internal tests as necessary.
• Gather water samples weekly from GCC and PCC UV Systems and perform necessary bacteria testing.
• Prepare and send samples/equipment to outside laboratories/suppliers/customers.
• Ensure material OOS is put on hold and track product on hold until dispositioned.
• Maintain the stability chamber equipment operational.
• Keep track of Chemicals/Standards/Consumables needed in the Laboratory and support restocking.
• Perform inspection checks to magnet strength and equipment conditions.
• Actively participate in the implementation of sustainable improvement processes.
