As a Laboratory Technician at 3M, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. This position provides an opportunity to transition from other private, public, government or military experience to a 3M career. You will conduct assigned technical tasks producing accurate, timely results used for decisions within an area of product development, technology development, or application development at a project level. You will also create and refine test methods, follow test methods to produce datasets, provide laboratory and analytical support, and communicate data analysis to product and technology development teams. Additionally, you may provide functional work direction and/or training to contract workers or tech aides, lead projects or sub teams, and conduct training to customers and/or business teams.
