About The Position

The Manufacturing Technician position is a full-time, permanent role focused on producing high-quality non-sterile products in a collaborative and safety-oriented environment. The technician will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) while working with a dedicated team to enhance patient safety and product quality.

Requirements

• Minimum high school diploma (GED accepted).
• Prior manufacturing experience is preferred but a strong willingness to learn is essential.
• Ability to develop knowledge of 21 CFR Part 210 and 211 for cGMP operations.
• Comfort working with both small and large machinery.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or within a team.
• Problem-solving mindset.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a non-sterile manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and equipment maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all operations follow current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDocP).
• Weigh, mix, manufacture, and package products while accurately documenting all batch records.
• Maintain smooth daily operations to meet production goals without compromising quality.
• Utilize equipment such as pH meters, balances, peristaltic pumps, and tablet presses, ensuring all tools are in top condition.
• Troubleshoot and report any unusual occurrences, participating in process improvements.
• Coordinate equipment preparation and ensure stock levels with different teams.
• Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to gowning and operational safety protocols.
