About The Position

Purpose of Position: • Level 1 Gas Tester- Supports production and research and development by performing breakthrough measurements of toxic gases and stimulants. • Level 1 Physical Tester-Supports production and research and development by performing physical testing on carbon and filters & provides administrative support.

Requirements

High School diploma with experience in an industrial setting.
Proficient in basic math
Proficient in common MS Office software (Word and Excel).
Good interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to work in a self-directed environment.
Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without a sponsorship for employment visa status (e.e. H1B status).

Nice To Haves

Proficient with SharePoint (ACE) and M365 applications (Teams, OneNote, etc)

Responsibilities

Perform physical testing on filters and carbon to support production and Filter Technology
Carbon-Riffle, Apparent Density, Particle Size distribution and Moisture Content.
Filters- Dust Emission and Equilibration
Database entry including logging samples and test results into the lab databases.
Perform laboratory tasks (i.e. housekeeping, washing glassware)
Know and understand how the LWO system and Scheduling system works
Maintain a 5S housekeeping standard in the lab and participate in regular audits.
Perform other duties as assigned
Perform gas protection time testing on filters to support production
NH3- Testing
SO2- Testing
NO2- Testing
